Healthy chai latte


This recipe, by Jess Sepel will help you through the winter months.

2 cups coconut milk

3 medjool dates

1 tsp, cinammon

Dash of nutmeg

Pinch of cardamom

2 vanilla pods

4 small cloves

1/2 cup soaked cashews

Vanilla stevia drops (optional)


  1. Heat coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add all spices, dates and stevia, stirring gently until combined then remove from heat
  3. Pour the mix into a blender and add cashews
  4. Blend until smooth and frothy!
