Rebecca Gawthorne’s bliss balls

If you’re in need of a sweet hit, try these easy and sugar-free bliss balls. They’ll tide you over when the 3.30 sweet tooth kicks in!

1 cup of medjool dates, de-seeded & chopped

1 & 1/4cups of walnuts (or other nuts you like), chopped

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of water


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until combined
  2. Roll into balls and place in fridge (can also be frozen for longer shelf life)
