1 cup of medjool dates, de-seeded & chopped
1 & 1/4cups of walnuts (or other nuts you like), chopped
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of water
- Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until combined
- Roll into balls and place in fridge (can also be frozen for longer shelf life)
