This February, thousands of people across Australia will give up alcohol, sugar or something of their choosing to show their support for disadvantaged young people. Here are some of the ways you can get involved in 2017:

Register as an individual – register for febfast and we’ll send you encouragement and recipes, while showing you how by taking on febfast, you’re supporting young people. Registrations open December 2017.

Register as a team – febfast is easier as a group! Sign up your family or footie club for a pre-season health kick. You’ll feel healthier and those hill sprints won’t be quite so bad – we promise!

Register as an Office team – hundreds of Office Teams take on the challenge each year, improving their health and concentration, and bonding as a team. If this sounds like you, visit our Office Teams page.
