Whether you’re giving up alcohol or sugar this February, this berry and mint smoothie will see you right. We love these smoothies for breakfast or an afternoon treat and the best thing about them? They’re dead easy to make!
Frozen berries (we used frozen blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
Three mint leaves
Roughly half a cup of water (or you could use coconut water)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until your ideal consistency is reached. Add more water to loosen the texture.
